You are more powerful than you think........

I sometimes astound myself with the things that I achieve and to what level I can consciously and sub-conciously push myself both mentally, physically and emotionally.

I recently completed a 15k fell race in Scotland and the majority of it being run in the dark!!! I have never done a fell run, never run across country in the dark and have never felt a burning in muscles like it........but with little specific training and a hell of a lot mental and physcial focus I achieved the end goal.......I finished and I finished in under 3 hours.

I am not telling you this to impress you but to totally impress upon you the extremes that we can go to as individuals when we put our minds to it. You have such immense power, resources, knowledge, strength, ability, focus, belief that you can achieve anything you believe you can do.......it all starts in your head.

If any of you want a challenge, then come and do The Mighty Deerstalker which takes place every year in March, have a look and see what you think.

Or set yourself a challenge that you believe will definitely stretch you at some level and push you onto the next level........never fear the results because they are going to be phenomenal.....

Speak soon.

A great poem........

Our Deepest Fear
by Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were all born to manifest the glory of God within us. It’s not just some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

-Marianne Williamson from her bestselling book A Return to Love
